Consular fees and availability of services are subject to change with or without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the ordered is completed. Processing time for visas quoted by FVS are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates under normal circumstances. Consulates/embassies may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. FVS will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service. We always try our best to get your visa but can not give you the guanrantee as we are a service provider only. If your application is rejected by the Embassy/ Consulate we are unable to provide a refund. You are not eligible for refund if your application is already applied for visa at the Embassy/ Consulate/ concerned authority.
The visas are issued at the sole discretion of the immigration officer at the respective Embasies/Consulates, and we cannot guarantee that. We do not influence their decision making for approval / rejection of your visa application. We don't have any affiliation with any government agency. You have the option to apply for a visa by making use of the Government website or visiting the Embassy/Consulate for which you will not be charged a service fee. The rules of Immigration are subjected to change from time to time and your application could be subjected to the same while under process. In case of an application being rejected / put on hold FVS would be in no position to refund the visa application or processing fees.
